Mary Kostka, OTR/L

Credentials and Interests:
Mary Kostka is the owner and founder of 'OHANA Occupational Therapy, LLC. She is a licensed and nationally certified Occupational Therapist with over 24 years of experience. Mary opened her private practice in 2008 to better serve families and to help them thrive in light of the many challenges they are facing. Mary has an advanced specialty certification in Ayres Sensory Integration Therapy and is an Integrated Listening Systems Practitioner. She has advanced training in Autism, ADD/ADHD, Traumatic Brain Injury, Neurodevelopmental, Vision and Feeding Disorders. In addition to being a passionate Occupational Therapist, Mary loves the great outdoors with her wonderful husband and two sons. Her leisure interests include hula, photography, silk painting, teaching karate and being a Leavenworth Rotarian.
What I like best about working for our company:
"I love working so closely with parents in an ideal therapy setting that promotes fast results. It is wonderful helping the whole child including working with them in community settings which are often challenging for our families. I love our team of awesome therapists, we are truly a family."
Sarah Weigel, MOTR/L

Credentials and Interests:
Sarah Weigel is a licensed and nationally certified Occupational Therapist. She has 6 years experience providing occupational therapy services in the Wenatchee Valley from birth to three years of age to the geriatric population. She has advanced training in Torticollis, Lymphedema and Wound Care Management, Autism and Neurologic conditions. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Mary Madsen, COTA/L

Credentials and Interests:
Mary Madsen is a licensed and nationally certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and an Integrated Listening Systems Practitioner. She has 29 years experience providing therapy to children and adults. Mary has a passion for working with parents and caregivers of infants to promote optimal development of sensory and motor skills. Mary enjoys outdoor activities in all seasons. She is an avid gardener and fiber artist.
What I like best about working for our company:
"I love seeing the great changes that happen with our clients and their families as a result of treatment in our amazing clinic setting. Kids and adults leave with that smile of satisfaction and 'I can do that' attitude. What a difference it makes to have family be a part of the entire therapy process.
